Our projects are coordinated by an exceptional team of directly employed  Project Managers, Site Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Planners and Design Managers, providing both construction and commercial expertise.

Project Management

Our project teams form a dynamic force, essential for the successful execution of our construction projects. The project manager oversees the entire project lifecycle, coordinating resources, timelines, and communication between stakeholders to ensure that objectives are met. The site manager works closely with the project manager on-site, managing day-to-day operations, supervising construction activities, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. Meanwhile, the quantity surveyor plays a critical role in financial management, conducting cost estimates, managing budgets, and analysing project expenditures.  

Together, the team collaborates seamlessly, leveraging their unique expertise to tackle challenges, optimise workflows, and ultimately deliver projects on time and within budget. Their effective communication and teamwork are vital in ensuring all aspects of the project align with the overall goals, resulting in successful outcomes.

Technical Team

On-site collaboration between a planner and design manager is crucial for transforming conceptual designs into practical execution. The planner is responsible for developing and managing the project timeline, ensuring that all phases are scheduled effectively to meet deadlines.

Meanwhile, the design manager focuses on the integrity and functionality of the design, working to align with the architect’s vision. Together, they communicate regularly to address any design challenges that may arise during construction, adjusting schedules as needed to accommodate changes or unforeseen issues. The planner ensures that resources are allocated efficiently and that the construction process adheres to the planned timeline, while the design manager verifies that the work meets aesthetic and technical standards. This collaboration fosters a cohesive approach that enhances project quality, minimises delays, and ensures that the vision is accurately realised onsite.

Supply Chain

Our designated supply chain manager plays a vital role in overseeing our supply chain network, ensuring that all elements of the project come together smoothly and efficiently. Proactively managing relationships with subcontractors facilitates clear communication and coordination, which is essential for maintaining timelines and quality standards.

We monitor the performance of subcontractors, providing insights that allow for adjustments to be made, thereby minimising risks. Their expertise in supply chain dynamics ensures that we have the right resources in place at the right time, ultimately leading to more successful project outcomes and enhanced collaboration among all parties involved.
